You can be good at the job and still feel the effects of doing it.
Years of shift work, interrupted sleep, critical incidents, high responsibility, hypervigilance, and repeatedly pushing through can affect your sleep, energy, relationships, mental health, and ability to shut the job off when the shift ends.
First Responder Reset helps explain what's happening beneath the surface.
Each episode takes the science behind trauma, stress, sleep, burnout, and mental health and translates it into practical conversations that make sense within the realities of first responder and high-stress professional culture.
The goal isn't to make you less capable of doing the job. It's to help you stay well while doing it.
